Challenge
Wren & Wheel Auto Works received payments by card, ACH, and invoice. Repair orders closed before some processor deposits reached the bank, leaving the office to match batches by hand.
What Radd connected
Radd connected repair-order totals, processor settlements, bank deposits, vendor bills, and the ledger. An exception list held only unmatched batches, refunds, and invoices needing follow-up.
Outcome
Daily deposits tied back to completed work, and unresolved items stayed visible until cleared. The shop’s monthly books no longer depended on a late batch-by-batch rebuild.
Illustrative composite. Wren & Wheel Auto Works is a fictional business. This example combines common operating situations from Radd’s client work; it does not describe one identified client. Actual results vary.
